Vic: Hunt to fight road rage assault charges

Media personality REX HUNT will argue he was defending himself .. when he punched a cyclist in a road rage attack.
Police allege HUNT assaulted and broke the finger of cyclist RODNEY ANDONOPOULOS in the Melbourne suburb of Elwood .. on the way to commentate on an AFL match in July last year.
HUNT appeared at Melbourne Magistrates' Court today to fight the assault charges.
The court heard there would be 11 witnesses .. including a 12-year-old .. at a contested hearing in May.
