Vic: Man dies after being struck by truck

MELBOURNE, Jan 31 AAP - A man has died after being struck by a truck after getting out of his car south of Melbourne early on Saturday morning.
The man, aged in his 50s, was travelling on Dandenong-Hastings Road, Lynbrook, when he stopped his car and got out about 2.50am (AEDT), police said.
Police believe the man fell on the road and was struck by a truck.
The man died shortly after emergency crews arrived at the scene, police said.
