The company which raised a stir with its now banned longer lasting sex billboards .. says it is yet to be formally notified despite probes by authorities in two states.
Consumer Affairs Victoria and New South Wales' Office of Fair Trading have both launched investigations into Advanced Medical Institute .. which sells erectile dysfunction drugs.
The company has 20 clinics in Australia and three across the Tasman .. which have also reportedly prompted a slew of complaints to New Zealand's Commerce Commission.
The investigations are understood to stem from concerns surrounding sales tactics and also the structure of AMI's contracts .. which require men to pay large up-front fees for medications.
