US: Obama still sky-high in US polls

BARACK OBAMA is still popular with US voters .. as he closes in on 100 days in office.
Surveys taken in the run up to April 29 .. his 100th day in office .. show about two thirds of Americans approve of the way he's doing his job .. up slightly from March .. and down just slightly from when he took office.
And a new poll by the Pew Research Centre found OBAMA's personal appeal is even stronger .. with 73 per cent of respondents holding a favourable view of him .. including 46 per cent of Republicans.
At the same in their first term his predecessors GEORGE W BUSH had 56 per cent approval .. BILL CLINTON 55 per cent .. and GEORGE BUSH 58 per cent.
