Australians are being warned not to fall prey to internet scammers trying to cash in on community concerns over swine flu.
The Complementary Healthcare Council and the Australian Self Medication Industry says overseas websites are selling supplements .. drugs and food products to treat .. or even cure .. the H1N1 virus.
They're warning the products aren't proven to be safe and effective to treat swine flu.
