US: Clinton says interdiction possible for NKorea

The Obama administration is working with US allies to develop ways to cut off North Korean shipments .. that may be carrying nuclear technology or other weapons.
Secretary of State HILLARY CLINTON has told America's ABC television network .. failing to take aggressive and effective action against North Korea could spark an arms race in northeast Asia.
CLINTON says they'll do everything they can to shut off North Korea's money flow.
She says the US is also considering returning North Korea to a list of terrorist states.
North Korea was removed from the list after it pledged to dismantle its nuclear weapons facilities.
The communist country has recently conducted nuclear and missile tests .. and there are concerns about the North's shipping nuclear material to other nations.
