NSW: Headstones smashed in Wollongong Cemetery

Police are appealing for information after a large number of headstones were destroyed at a cemetery in Wollongong.
45 marked graves in the old Wesley section of the Wollongong Cemetery had their headstones smashed beyond repair sometime between Wednesday afternoon and yesterday morning.
Police say the damage bill's estimated to be in excess of 100 thousand dollars.
