SA: Woman and son killed

Police in Adelaide are searching the area around a home in the city's north .. where a woman and her two-year-old son have been stabbed to death.
A man's being questioned following the apparent domestic dispute at Angle Park .. about seven pm (CDT).
Port Adelaide CIB Detective Chief Inspector BRIAN SMITH says other children .. who were in the house at the time .. are safe and being looked after.
Inspector SMITH says the arrested man handed himself to police at his home address .. and officers are looking for a knife.
The man's been taken to Port Adelaide police station for questioning.
