SYDNEY, Nov 2 AAP - A 23-year-old man has been has been found lying on adirt track with stab wounds to his torso in Sydney's west.
Police said the man was found by two people four-wheel driving through bushland near Hinxman Road, Castlereagh, about 4.45pm (AEDT) yesterday.
The man was taken to Nepean Hospital in a serious but stable condition withseveral wounds to his torso.
Police have been unable to formally interview the man due to his condition.
