SYDNEY, Nov 2 AAP - A teenager has suffered a fractured skull and internal bleeding in a hit and run incident in the NSW central west.
Police have charged two men after the boy was hit by an unknown vehicle in a laneway near Maud Street in North Goulburn about 1.40am (AEDT) today.
Police allege a 34-year-old man and a 24-year-old male friend searched for a group of teenagers seen breaking into vehicles in the suburb.
A 34-year-old Goulburn man has been charged with dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm and failing to stop and render assistance.
A 24-year-old man, also from Goulburn, has been charged with concealing a serious offence.
Both men have been granted conditional bail and ordered to appear at Goulburn Local Court on 19 November.
