A woman has suffered a stab wound to her neck in a domestic dispute in central Victoria.
Police say the woman .. aged in her 30s .. was stabbed at a house in Windridge Way at Kyneton .. about 80 kilometres north-west of Melbourne about eight o'clock last night (AEDT).
The injured woman was taken to the Royal Melbourne Hospital in a serious condition.
An 18-year-old woman is assisting police.
