US: Shuttle, astronauts prep for mid-mission boost

Astronauts at the international space station are preparing to work on aurine-recycling device.

As soon as that task is finished .. they'll firing the space shuttle's thrusters .. to pull it and the space station on which it's docked for one-point-six kilometres.

The effort will put the space station at the right altitude to receive a Russian Progress spaceship .. scheduled to deliver cargo to the orbiting outpost three days after Endeavour heads back to Earth on on November 27.

Endeavour's seven astronauts and the three space station crew members have been working without a break since the space shuttle launched from Florida a week ago.
