Qld: Man critical after tractor accident
23 Nov 2008 6:28 PMBRISBANE, Nov 23 AAP - A 64-year-old man has been airlifted to a Brisbane hospital after being crushed when a tractor rolled onto him.
A rescue helicopter flew to the accident scene at Woodford, north of Brisbane, just before 10am (AEST) on Sunday and the man has been flown to Royal Brisbane Hospital.
CareFlight doctor Simon Pattull said the patient was unstable and had to betransported from the scene as quickly as possible.
"He suffered serious chest and abdominal injuries and remains in a criticalcondition," Dr Pattull said.
