WA: Son charged over father's death
23 Nov 2008 8:28 PMA Perth man has been charged with grievous bodily harm following the death of his father .. who he allegedly struck during a domestic dispute.
Police allege the 28-year-old pushed his 68-year-old father during an argument at their inner-Perth home of Shenton Park last night .. causing him to fall to the ground and hit his head.
The man was taken to Perth's Queen Elizabeth Hospital with critical head injuries .. but he died this morning.
The 28-year-old has been charged with grievous bodily harm .. and will appear in the Central Law Court tomorrow.
