Qld: Man charged with murder of Rockhampton woman
24 Nov 2008 3:16 PMBRISBANE, Nov 24 AAP - Queensland Police have charged a man with the murder of a Rockhampton woman.
The 32-year-old will face the Rockhampton Magistrates Court on Monday afternoon, charged with one count of murder.
Police said officers responded to a triple-0 call at a house in Rice Street, Park Avenue, about 2.25am (AEST) on Monday.
They found an injured 45-year-old woman.
She was taken to Rockhampton Base Hospital but died a short time later.
