MELBOURNE, Dec 1 AAP - A Victorian woman woke up to find a policeman performing a sex act on her, a court has heard.
The woman, who cannot be identified, feared "something bad" had happened when she woke up next to the man and found bruises on her chest, the Melbourne Magistrates Court heard on Monday.
As she fled the house she found a naked man and two naked women sleeping in the loungeroom, the court heard.
The evidence came at a pre-trial committal hearing for suspended Victorian policeman Huy Quach, 34, who is facing 29 charges including six counts of rape and two of misconduct in public office.
It is alleged the offences occurred between 2004 and 2007.
A friend of the victim told the court the pair was drinking at a Melbourne nightclub into the early hours of June 30, 2007.
Justine Mackenzie said she left the club about 2am and her friend, who was "quite drunk", stayed behind with some other friends.
She received an hysterical call from her friend at 8am, she said.
"She said she had woken up and seen him (giving her oral sex)," Ms Mackenzie told the court.
"She said: `I have a feeling something really bad has happened'.
"(Alleged victim's name) said she had bruises on her chest and that she woke up and an Asian guy was next to her.
"She said he was a cop."
Ms Mackenzie said her friend told her she had taken a boarding pass from the policeman's bedroom.
"I get the impression that she took it because she is smart ... and that it might have been evidence," she said.
Ms Mackenzie said she tried to calm her friend down and was genuinely concerned about what had happened to her.
"I was horrified," she said.
"I didn't want it to be true."
Huy is also charged with drug and theft offences.
The committal hearing before magistrate Carmen Randazzo continues on Tuesday.
