NSW: Crash victim's mum upset no one will be punished

Final submissions will be made today at the coronial inquest into the death of a young woman last year .. killed by a learner driver.
Fashion student EMMA HANSEN was killed and 11 others injured in March .. when a car driven by ROSE DENG mounted a kerb in Kogarah and slammed into a bus queue.
A charge of negligent driving occasioning death against Ms DENG was conditionally dismissed in January this year under the Mental Health Act.
The final submissions and Deputy State Coroner MALCOLM MACPHERSON'S findings will be handed down today.
