Qld: Three rescued after boat overturns

Three men have been plucked from rocks off north Queensland after their boat overturned this morning.
The RACQ rescue helicopter was alerted by the Australian Maritime Safety Authority about 9am (AEST) after a safety beacon signal was picked up.
The helicopter crew found the upturned boat and directed the Bowen Volunteer Marine Rescue boat to the three men perched on rocks on Gloucester Island .. east of Bowen.
The men should be back on dry land within the hour (2pm AEST).
