Vic: Police rescue two children from burning house

Police called to a domestic dispute in Melbourne have rescued two young children from a burning house.
The mother of the two boys .. aged two and four .. raised the alarm at a Dandenong North home about one am (AEDT).
Officers say they found a 33-year-old man holding the children and unwilling to allow them inside the house .. which was emanating petrol and gas fumes.
They then broke through a window .. and struggled with the man .. freeing the children unhurt and reuniting them with their mother.
Fire crews put out the blaze which was contained to one bedroom.
The man's been arrested.
