SYDNEY, Dec 21 AAP - The NSW holiday road toll has risen to four, after a motorcyclist was killed in a collision with a bus on the state's mid-north coast.
The accident happened at the intersection of The Lakes Way and Violet Hill Road at Boolambayte, south of Forster, about 4.45pm (AEDT) on Sunday.
Initial investigations suggested the bus was attempting to turn right into Violet Hill Road when the motorcyclist tried to overtake it and the vehicles collided, a police spokesman said.
No one on the bus was injured.
