Fed: Holiday road toll at 36 after motorcyclists die in WA

The death of two motorcyclists in Western Australia during a horror 12 hours on the state's roads which saw four people killed .. has taken the national holiday road toll to 36.
One of the men died when his motorcycle crashed into a tree about 2 this morning in the Perth suburb of Gooseberry Hill .. while the other died about three hours later in Seville Grove .. south of Perth .. when his bike hit a pole.
Their deaths bring the toll in WA to eight.
But Victoria continues to top the road toll with 10 deaths .. while New South Wales has also seen eight .. including the death of a cyclist in Coogee about 5.45pm yesterday.
There have been six deaths in Queensland .. three in the Northern Territory and one in South Australia.
No road fatalities have been recorded in Tasmania or the Australian Capital Territory.
