NSW: Police appeal for help in finding missing SA teen

SYDNEY, Jan 3 AAP - Police have appealed to the public to help locate a missing teenage girl from South Australia, who may have been travelling to Newcastle in NSW.
Skye Verco, 15, was last seen on December 23, at her home in Adelaide's northern suburb of Davoren Park.
The only lead police have is that the girl was planning to travel to Newcastle to meet an unknown boy her own age, known only as Lewis.
Skye has been described as of white European appearance, about 165cm tall with blue eyes and short, dyed, black hair.
She also has piercings in her tongue, above her lip and in her navel, police said.
Anyone who has seen the teenager has been urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
