NSW: One dead, three in hospital after car evades breath test

One person is dead and three others are in hospital after a car with Queensland plates evaded a random roadside breath test and crashed in northern NSW.
Police chased the car along the New England Highway after it failed to stop near Tenterfield near the Queensland border just after midnight.
It crashed about five kilometres later.
Two men in the car were airlifted to hospital with serious injuries while a 17-year-old girl escaped with minor injuries.
The fourth person in the unregistered vehicle .. thought to be a man .. died at the scene.
