NSW: Four men charged over Sydney drive-by shootings

SYDNEY, Jan 22 AAP - Four men with alleged links to an outlaw motorcycle gang have been charged over a string of drive-by shootings in Sydney's west.
Detectives from Strike Force Highcro arrested the men at Burwood on Thursday.
They were questioned at Burwood Police Station in relation to drive-by shootings at Bobbin Road, Sadlier, and Hill Road, Lurnea, on December 10 last year.
A 34-year-old man from Beverly Hills, a 46-year-old Mascot man, and two 21-year-old men, one from Bexley and the other from Yagoona, were all refused police bail.
They are due to appear in Burwood Local Court on Thursday afternoon.
The men were charged with two counts each of firing a firearm at a house with disregard for safety, unauthorised possession and use of a prohibited weapon, and one count of participation in a criminal group.
Inquiries by Strike Force Highcro into the drive-by shootings are continuing.
