MELBOURNE, Jan 23 AAP - Two taxis came under attack at Hoppers Crossing railway station on Thursday night after the drivers became involved in a scuffle with a group of youths.
Police say the taxis were damaged as the youths threw stones and used wooden stakes to smash windows on both vehicles.
Police arrested three teenagers at nearby Werribee Station in Melbourne's south-west shortly after the 10pm (AEST) attack but they were later released without charge pending further investigation.
One of the taxi drivers, a 21 year-old man, suffered minor injuries to his left hand during the attack.
