NSW: More charges from Strike Force Tuno

A Sydney man on remand over an alleged murder conspiracy has faced court on new charges of attempting to shoot a man and possessing a police uniform.
Police allege SEAN LAURENCE WAYGOOD shot at 41-year-old GARY MACK as he left work at the Peakhurst Inn in Sydney's south-west at 5am on October 14 in 2001.
WAYGOOD .. of Meadowbank in Sydney's west .. appeared in Parramatta Local Court by videolink today .. charged with shooting at a person with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
He .. and ANTHONY JOHN MICHAEL PERISH .. were arrested by Strike Force Tuno 2 officers in a dramatic raid on a north Sydney cafe on Monday.
They are both accused of plotting to kill convicted drug dealer TERRY FALCONER .. whose body was dismembered and dumped in garbage bags in 2001.
