NSW: Four-wheel drive used in bikie gang explosion found burning

SYDNEY, Feb 6 AAP - A four-wheel drive believed to have been used in an explosion at a bikie gang house in Sydney has been found burning in a harbourside suburb.
Police were called to Martin Street near Dobroyd Parade in Haberfield about 10.20pm (AEDT) on Thursday night and found the blue 2003 Mitsubishi Pajero, with registration YNJ-958, still burning.
Gangs Squad officers believe the car was involved in an explosion outside the Hells Angels clubhouse on Crystal Street in the inner west suburb of Petersham early on Wednesday morning.
Detective Superintendent Mal Lanyon said the vehicle had been stolen from a car park in the centre of Gosford, on the Central Coast, on November 28.
"I am appealing for anyone who may have seen the car being driven or parked in the Gosford or Sydney areas to come forward and contact police," Supt Lanyon said.
"I believe that someone may have seen the four-wheel drive in the last two months.
"We would like to hear from anybody who may have seen a blue Mitsubishi Pajero four-wheel drive either acting suspiciously or parked out of the ordinary in their neighbourhood."
Witnesses have told police they saw two men in a dark 4WD leaving the scene of the Hells Angels clubhouse bombing.
Gunshots were fired into a nearby tattoo parlour just before the explosion, which shattered windows in nearby homes but appeared to have done no structural damage to the fortified Hells Angels' building.
