Vic: Man charged over deadly Churchill bushfire

A man accused of lighting a bushfire in Victoria's southeast is due in court today.
The 39 year old has been charged with one count of arson causing death .. one of intentionally or recklessly causing a bushfire .. and possessing child pornography.
The blaze in the Latrobe Valley in Gippsland killed 21 people .. including 12 from Callignee .. four each in Hazelwood and Kornalla and one in Jeeralang.
He is due to appear in the Melbourne Magistrates Court .. and was moved from the Gippsland region for his own safety.
