Vic: Youths jailed over arson attack on mentally ill man

Four young men have been jailed for five years in Victoria for setting a mentally ill man on fire .. leaving him permanently disfigured.
IRVING PLOTKIN was left with horrific burns to nearly 50 per cent of his body following the attack at his Rosebud house last September.
RICHARD FINDLAY .. ADAM TAYLOR .. TYSON JESSEN and ALLAN WALTERS .. all aged between 19 and 21 .. sobbed in the dock as they were sentenced to a minimum of three years jail.
The court heard they knocked on the 60 year old's door pretending to be police.
When he answered .. they threw petrol over him and inside the house before throwing a lit watering can full of petrol at him.
His home was destroyed by fire.
