Vic: Bushfire grants

Bushfire related grants and announcements made on Tuesday:
- $10 million from the federal and state governments to help bring tourists back into fire devastated towns and regions
- Good Samaritan grants of up to $8,000 to up to 100 businesses and individuals who went beyond the call of duty during the bushfire crisis
- Volunteer organisations will receive grants of up to $5,000 or $20,000, depending on their size, to help volunteers to continue to work
- $60,000 to Healesville Sanctuary's Australian Wildlife Health Centre to allow it to continue to look after animals injured in the fires
- $27,000 will go to wineries to help test for smoke taint
- A business relief fund has also been established, with a $500,000 state government contribution, to help businesses indirectly impacted by the bushfires to recover.
