WA: Racist video still on website despite man being charged

An anti-semitic video filmed in Perth is still available on the website YouTube .. despite a man being charged for allegedly making racist comments on it.
Western Australian Police Commissioner KARL O'CALLAGHAN says police have contacted Youtube asking for the video to be removed .. but says it's a US-based company over which they have no jurisdiction.
He says Youtube has been been fairly co-operative in the past.
A 39-year-old man has been charged with attempting to incite racial animosity and racial harassment against a Jewish man.
