SYDNEY, May 18 AAP - A fifth former teacher from Sydney's Knox Grammar School has appeared in court over child sex allegations dating back more than 30 years.
Roger Warren James, 67, is charged with two counts of assaulting a male and committing an act of indecency in 1976.
His bail has been continued and his case will be mentioned again in Port Macquarie Local Court on June 29.
After his arrest last month at Port Macquarie, on the NSW mid-north coast, police said the offences allegedly took place while he was a teacher at the school.
Strike Force Arika was launched earlier this year to investigate allegations of sexual abuse of students at the private boys' school in Wahroonga dating back to the 1970s.
Three other former Knox teachers and a current member of staff have also been charged with child sex offences.
