NSW: Three boats catch fire on mid-north coast

SYDNEY, June 23 AAP - A man has suffered facial burns after three boats caught fire at a NSW marina.
A 12-metre long Mariner berthed at Soldiers Point Marina in Port Stephens caught fire about 9.30pm (AEST) on Monday, police said.
The blaze spread to an adjacent houseboat, which then drifted into a third vessel.
Both the houseboat and the Mariner were destroyed, while the third boat sustained minor damage.
"A man was located in the water at the marina and was taken to hospital suffering superficial facial burns," police said in a statement.
The fire's cause is unknown and police are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
